I tried making this today, and botched it so badly; I accidentally grabbed fat-free half-and-half (yes, it DOES exist, apparently), the wrong kind of sausage, and the wrong size of pie tin. Tried to balance out the ingredients until they fit...and still ended up with an utter mess in the oven. It STILL came out pretty darn tasty, so it must be FANTASTIC when done properly!
