This was awesome! I added a small can of green chile's to the egg mixture. It didn't make it hot, but added and extra level of flavor. This is a do over for sure!!!!

I used bulk Italian sweet sausage in this recipe. It adds great flavor!

I make this every year for Christmas and my family loves it! What I love is I make it late Christmas Eve night and then just throw in the oven Christmas morning!

I use a little more ground mustard, but this dish is a family favorite. Our family gets up at 4am Christmas morning and this cooks while the kids open their gifts.

I just love this dish! When I was a child my friends mother would make this for me, after one day of tasting it I fell in love instantly. It's wonderful I've found the recipe.

This was very east to prepare and tasted wonderful! I doubled the recipe for a holiday brunch and I still had no leftovers.

Very filling and awsome! I have made this many times (& always for holiday mornings)Instead of crumbling the sausage, I leave the links whole and fry them a little. Once everything else is put together I put the links on top of the casserole. It presents itself a little nicer when you cut and serve a piece of the casserloe.

Enjoyed this very much. I used croissants for the bread and added green onions instead of the onion powder. I also used more cheese.

This is a top-notch breakfast casserole! It was easy and quick to put together and cooked just as advertised! Being in the Southwest, I added 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne to the egg mixture before pouring it on, served a spoonful of fresh, homemade salsa on the side and garnished it with cilantro. Thsi will become a staple when company visits the ranch! Thanks!

This is always a favorite for brunch. I usually use 2 cups of regular milk and a dash of worcestershire sauce for more flavor.

This recipe was a big hit at my baby shower brunch! I used croissants instead of the regular bread and increased the cheese & sausage amounts per the other reviews. People couldn't get enough of it! This will definitely be added to my Christmas breakfast menu as well. Highly recommended

We made this recipe Christmas morning, and cut up link sausage and substituted green onions for the onion powder. Also, we toasted the bread and it came out crispier. This recipe came out absolutely delicious; everyone loved it!

This was really good. I used 1 1/2 packages of sausage, french bread, 12 eggs and I added onions to the sausage while I was browning it. My whole family loves it.

This recipe is truly yummy and was a hit at a brunch I hosted. I used Jimmy Dean "Hot" sausage and it provided a nice kick without being spicy. Next time, I'll probably add more cheese as this amount is subtle but it is yummy just as is too! I'll definately by keeping this recipe to make many times in the future.

This was wonderful. I did make some changes based on past reviews. I used maple sausage, added sage to the egg mixture, and used day old croissants instead of bread. I have to say, I think the addition of croissants really made a nice addition. Everyone loved it!

Super easy, and very good! I ommited the onion powder and used lightly seasoned "sage and onion" Butternut Stuffing instead of day old bread.

The best tasting breakfast casserole so far! I used croutons, and made one with sausage and one without, and both were completely finished ! I covered them with foil for the entire baking time so the cheese would not burn. Everyone loved it ! Everyone wanted the recipe! I will definitely have this again.
