Wonderful! I have kids eating, so I used medium and mild sausage. I didn't put the veggies in, but used many seasonings...still turned out great. I particulary like the egg bonding the sausage, and the egg to shine up the outer appearance.

My family didn't love this like I thought they would. I assembled it the night before and set it out to warm and then baked it in the morning - maybe that was the problem

A little plain, but this came out looking just like the picture! Easy to make a great presentation here.

Excellent breakfast and anytime roll! Used rosemary and herb seasoning that I had instead of the 4 herbs (little over a Tbls) and it was perfect. Can't wait to try the "pizza/italian" way :)

I like to make this with frozen bread rolls so that I can customize the filling a little more (I use regular pork sausage but add red pepper flakes and/or diced jalepenos to Husband's). I also use Italian herb blend seasoning. They taste good, are great for any on-the-go breakfast/snack, and they keep very well. Thanks, Shirley!

I made this for a potluck brunch and everyone really liked it. I used my own whole wheat bread dough and only had mild sausage. The spices were a nice touch. It was a small group so there were leftovers, but it warmed up well.

Very good. Took it to a breakfast meeting and didn't have any leftovers--only a few pieces left and people took them home with them. I made my own bread from the Fabulous French Loaves from the site and just rolled it out. Some of the stuffing came out, and my preference would be peppers instead of mushrooms and onions, but the seasonings are wonderful. Very good, thanks!

Great receipe. I have made this for over 20 years. I like half cup of Parmesian cheese as well as half cup of cheddar cheese. I never have any left over.
