1 pound bulk pork sausage
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
4 eggs
2 (10 ounce) cans refrigerated biscuit dough
1 cup shredded pepperjack cheese
Had this for dinner tonight. Used up some soy chorizo which gave this a little kick. It was a little bready for me so I'll play with the filling to biscuit ratio a bit.. nice recipe
