Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • 1/3 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) container nonfat plain yogurt

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine banana, strawberries, milk and yogurt. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
