I make a slightly different version of this using four granny smith or pink lady apples cubed into bite size pieces, four bananas sliced, three cups red grapes, three cups sliced strawberries, one cup blueberries, 1/2 cup slivered almonds and six small containers of light lemon yogurt. diced celery can be added for additional crunch. I've taken it to many potlucks and it always goes over well as a healthy dessert.

Very quick to throw together. I added in a couple chopped kiwi fruit, too. This would be great with just about any mix of fruit you wanted to use. We all enjoyed this.

Mix vanilla yogurt rather than lemon with fruit of your choice and the flavor is better. I like to use strawberries and grapes.

I had lots of fresh fruit that I needed to use, so I also added 1 cubed orange, papaya, strawberries and fresh squeezed grapefruit instead of OJ concentrate. I omitted the yogurt because I needed something dairy free.
