Breakfast Fruit Salad
SUBMITTED BY:
Teri Albrecht
"You need just two ingredients to stir up the citrusy dressing that's drizzled over this fruit medley. Teri Albrecht of Mt. Airy, Maryland says the refreshing salad is a lovely addition to a special brunch or buffet."

Too tart for me...I may use vanilla yogurt next time. We ended up blending the leftovers and it make a delish smoothie!

Nice addition to our Chistmas brunch. Will remember for a summer salad to use seasonal fruits with this dressing.

Nice blend of flavors and textures. I added some dried orange rind to the yogurt since I was out of orange juice. This could be varied to include or exclude any number of fruits. This combo was not my favorite but it was okay. I prefer canteloupe with spice like pepper or chile. This made a nice light breakfast.
