Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease 18 muffin cups with cooking spray.
  2. Roll out biscuit dough on a lightly floured surface to form 5-inch rounds. Place each round in the prepared muffin cups, pressing into the base and sides to form a dough cup.
  3. Cook and stir sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, 5 to 10 minutes; drain fat. Spoon sausage into dough cups.
  4. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together in a bowl until well-beaten. Pour egg mixture into each dough cup, filling each just below the top of the biscuit dough. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top of egg mixture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven until eggs are set and biscuit dough is golden, 15 to 18 minutes.

  • You may use any type of meat that you wish. This is very breakfast friendly. My family like to add turkey and bacon sometimes also. Its very tasty. Good with orange juice.

Three stars for flavor and 4 stars for practicality. Made this so we could eat them while travelling on a long trip and not have to stop as there are not may option in the first three hours of our route. I just didn't care for that funny flavor of refrigerator dough. Will try again with homemade dough.

I made this for my family breakfast for Father's Day (well I made it the day before because I was going to be away). It was pretty tasty overall, however both my mother and father believe that there was something missing. They believe that it needs something moist to bring it together because the biscuit becomes a bit crunchy (and a tiny bit hard.) Overall we enjoyed it. I paired it with a really delicious hash brown casserole recipe from another website. It was a definitely an excellent breakfast dish compared to my normal pancakes.

Made these for my husbands birthday breakfast and they turned out awesome the first time! New breakfast favorite!

Easy and tasty. Made for a carry in breakfast and works well to pack and carry. Only one problem - the egg overflowed in my oven and so I had quite a bit of smoke in the kitchen. Next time I will have some foil to catch overflow.

I made this but with a flaky dough biscuit and with turkey sausage and they are amazing. Family loved them so guess what I'm making again soon.
