I am so sorry for the low rating, but I've never made anything that I ended up having to throw away, until today. :( I followed the recipe exactly except for allowing the tomato slices to drain on paper towels for about 15 mins. to remove some excess liquid...It didn't help! They breaded nicely and once I got them into the pan that's when everything went downhill. The coating pretty much all fell off the tomatoes, making them impossible to turn and they never browned (which I suspect is from the liquid in the tomatoes). I ended up with a greasy, mushy pile of tomatoes. I was very excited to try this and had high hopes, but it just didn't work out for me. :(
