Excellent!!! I added cajun seasoning along with the garlic powder. I also used this recipe to make Chicken Parm, only I used Italian seasoning instead of cajun. The longer you marinate the better!

This is a definite keeper, ten times better then the restaurant style! I used two packages of Tyson's chicken ternderloins and marinated them for about 4 hours. This made a lot of chicken and there is only three pieces left!! DH ate a ton

These were wonderful! I added some paprika and onion powder to the flour mixture, and let the breaded chicken strips sit for about ten minutes before frying. I will definitely make these again! Thanks for the great recipe!!!

This was pretty good. I didn't have buttermilk, only soy milk and it worked fine . I also used chopped garlic instead of garlic powder. It was very moist. The key is the marinating.

The kids ate tons of it, as did my husband. I'm not a big fan of buttermilk fried chicken though.

I am a veg, so I didn't try these myself, but they went very quickly at a party I had. They were very tender. I used the frozen tender strips rather than slicing the breast myself, and they worked out great!

i followed this recipe as written with the exceptions of using skinless, boneless chicken thighes (cut into nuggets) & rounding off the amount of garlic powder. soaking the chicken in buttermilk made this dish tasty & moist. very yummy with the honey mustard sauce from this website. thanks janet!

This was a very good recipe although I did add more seasoning as I did not think the garlic powder alone was enough. But overall it was excellent.
