Most people don't like Brussels sprouts (or at least think they don't). I have a cure for this problem. This is a must-have at my Thanksgiving and my husband's new favorite vegetable dish.

Caramelizing is a delicious treatment for the often maligned Brussels sprout. The onion and vinegar add bite, while the pistachios add crunch.

A very simple and tasty way to serve Brussels sprouts. Everyone asks for seconds when I serve these! Even the kids!

Brussels sprouts - the perfect holiday side dish - are simply seasoned with salt, pepper, and olive oil, then slow-roasted in a very hot oven until darkest brown. They are the perfect combination of sweet and salty, and make for perfect snack leftovers straight from the fridge the next day!

Brussels Sprouts are shredded like cabbage and quickly sauteed in bacon drippings with garlic and almonds. This recipe has made Brussels sprouts lovers out of haters.

Not too often do you hear 'fantastic' and 'Brussels sprouts' in the same sentence but this recipe is deserving of that. When I mentioned I was bringing Brussels sprouts to a holiday get together, my mom told me not to bother. After eating this dish, my family now requests I bring it to every get together!

Brussels sprouts get dressed up for the holidays when I make this flavorful dish. Lemon and dill season the buttery sauce, and chopped walnuts add just the right crunch.
