Original Recipe Yield 1 - 1 1/2 pound loaf
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
  • 1 cup skim milk, luke warm
  • 2 tablespoons warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select lightest setting; press Start.
