These rolls were pretty good but not as light, airy and fluffy as I was hoping.I will keep making them though until I find that perfect recipe.

I was in desperate need of a hot dog bun for my daughter's lunch and there was no money for going to the store. I also needed something that I could have the bread machine mix since I was going to be gone most of the day. I stumbled across this recipe. It was so good. The texture was great. Not too dense and not too crumbly. Thanks so much for sharing!

I made these the night after making Slow Cooker Pulled Pork SUBMITTED BY: LORIWAGNER on the allrecipes.com site and used them as rolls for the leftover pork. The consistency and flavor was perfect for a "sandwich roll" and worked equally as well as a roll for Bread & Butter. My family LOVED them and asked that I not wait too long to make them again! Definitely a repeatable dish!! :-)

These are very easy, plain rolls. They were incredibly sticky to work with, so if I make again I'll add a bit more flour. They rose pretty well and made decent buns, but I have other recipes I prefer. Bf was happy since I made basic white bread (I don't do that often!). Thanks. With a few tweaks--adding some more flour and maybe garlic or onion flavoring--these would be wonderful.

This recipe is FABULOUS! My family and I just LOVE it! It's the only roll recipe I will make now. I also bake them all up and freeze the baked rolls and just heat them up in the oven and they turn out great! Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful recipe!

These were easy to make and taste very good. I also used skim milk instead of water and dry milk. They turned out very well!

I always substitute warm milk for the water and powdered milk. I have made this recipe many times and I love how versatile it is! I have made dinner rolls, sandwich bread, hoagies, and even pizza crust with this recipe. For some flavor, I sometimes add garlic powder and Italian seasoning for delicious sandwich buns. This is my go-to recipe when making bread. Try this recipe and don't be afraid to experiment and make it your own. It is very adaptable and gives excellent results every time!

I made these, froze them then baked them up. They turned out ok. A little tough. Next time I will avoid the freezing. I'm thinking if I pop them into the oven right away I'll get that fluffy goodness. Thanks

They were great hamburger buns. I just split it into 8 so they would be a tad bigger. Next time I am going to turn them into onion rolls.

This will be my new go to recipe for sandwich buns or dinner rolls. It was simple and turned out fabulous. I did sub 1 cup whole wheat flour for 1 cup of the white flour.

Love this recipe. I made the rolls into hedgehogs with some kids who loved them. I will say that they are a little sweet to my taste, so will definately lessen the sugar next time, but other than that, they're great.

These are the best bread machine rolls I have ever tasted. They taste just like sarah lee dinner rolls. I baked them and let them cool before putting in a bread bag and freezing. When we want rolls with dinner I wrap a couple in foil and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. FANTASTIC everytime. Thanks so much for this wonderful recipe!!
