I usually buy frozen dough balls at the grocery store, but decided to try this recipe instead. What a flavorful, easy way to make pizza dough in the same amount of time it takes to defrost store-bought! Hubby even remarked how much better it is. Thanks for the recipe.

this was really good. I followed suggestions & added garlic powder & italian seasoning. I'd make this again, but only when I had enough time.

This recipe was very tasty. We substituted wheat flour, so it didn't rise as much as it probably would have with white flour. I plan on making it agian, perhaps next time with a mix or white and wheat flour. I made this again, several times. I now use 1/2 white and 1/2 wheat flour. I love the taste. My daughter still complains a little, but I know it's a lot healthier than the Little Ceasars Pizza she'd rather have.

Truly the best! Everytime I try a new crust recipe I think that I have found "The One"....but this is it....for real this time! I used this with the "Chicago Style Stuffed Pizza" recipe and it was great. We usually make homemade pizza instead of ordering it so this will be a wonderful addition to the toppings!!!! Thank you!!!

I didn't use the beer--I just used water. It turned out great! Made more than enough to cover a whole cookie sheet.

I have tried several different pizza crust and they always seemed to be missing something or had an "off" taste but this one was the best yet. Most recipes have similar ingredients so it has to be the beer, who would've thought. I do have to admit I did add 2-3 cloves of minced garlic and some Italian seasoning for added flavor (personal preference) If you've been looking for a great crust, this is it, you won't be disappointed. Hubby agreed was the best we've had. I think my search is over.

This is the best pizza dough I have made yet. I didn't have any sugar so I used light brown sugar. It tasted great. This is my new favorite recipe!

The best pizza crust I've ever made. The dough was so easy to work with. I've tried regular beer and non-alcoholic beer both with the same great results. I pre-bake my crust for 10 mins, let it cool, then add the toppings and finish cooking.

I followed this recipe to a T and it did not come out. When I took the dough out of the bread machine it was so sticky and I couldn't do anything with it. I finally added more flour and kneaded it before spreading it with my fingers onto the pizza pan. The dough was then not the right consistency and made a very doughy crust.

EXCELLENT. This is the only recipe for us. We make homemade pizza all the time now. Use this dough and grate your own cheese. You can't go wrong.

Yum! I measured out a cup of beer, whipped it and let it sit for about 15 min so it would be flat. I also added a tbsp of rosemary to the dry ingredients. I thought it was really sticky coming out of the bread machine, so I added a little flour as I was patting it into a circle. I don't have a pizza stone, so I baked it in a pizza pan for 15 min, flipped it over, put on toppings, and baked another 10 min. It was great!
