So yummy, I felt like I was on vacation in the Caribbean! I've since tried many variations of this with lemon juice and adding other fruits. All very good. I didn't think straining the limes was difficult. I used a spagghetti strainer and it worked great.

This is a great recipe! I did some tweaking to my own tastes but it's very simple and easy to follow. I used about 6-7 tablespoons of lime juice concentrate instead of fresh lime and blended it with ice instead of water.I found it was a little too sweet for me and ended up adding about half a cup of water and a few more tablespoons of lime juice to get it to a sweetness I liked. I also added a splash of rum to my glass and it was perfect!

Just like at Fogo de Chao!!! I used Splenda for the sugar, too, so I don't feel as guilty drinking this! I do recommend straining it BEFORE putting in the sweetened condensed milk.

Two things: 5 pulses in the blender. Not 4, not 6, 5!! Next, DRINK IMMEDIATELY! 10 minutes later is too late, it starts to get bitter. Tastes like heaven when served immediately.
