I liked this recipe, although for some reason, mine got soggy. I think this recipe maybe called for too much oil & I did have to make a few changes due to using what I had on hand, so that may have been why soggy. I used extra virgin olive oil & had to use the hillshire farm cheddarwurst brats (maybe the cheese in them made greasy) I sub apple juice for the orange juice & did not have soy sauce, so used A1 New York style marinade instead. Still tasted great & I can't really rate it a 4 because I did not follow the recipe as written, so my changes may have caused the issues I had since the other reviews were all good. I will make this again in the future trying the original recipe!

This dish has great flavor! I used lemon juice instead of orange juice, and used green onion for the onion because it was what I had on hand. I was looking for something different to do with brats and this is definitely a recipe I will use again.

I was a little iffy on the combination of brats and asiany sauce, but it turned out like a dream. We used half oil and half dripping from the brats. This is definitely getting added to our summer menu.

This is a nice hearty meal. I made alot of substitutions in mine and it turned out so yummy! I used olive oil, and substituted teryaki sauce for soy, lemon juice for orange, all season for basil and threw in a 1/2 tbsp of honey. YUM YUM!!

Delicious- My boyfriend LOVES this dish. It's a little salty for me, but still tasty and very easy to make. A favorite for football season....
