Gave this 4 stars because of the modifications I made: sliced the green peppers and onions and only used half of the recommended amount of soy sauce. Still a tad bit more salty than I'd like - maybe double orange juice next time to balance. I would also double the amount sauce. Served over steamed rice.

This recipe is great for Bratwurst! It's easy too! I heated up some leftovers & threw them in a flour tortilla with melted cheddar cheese. To my surprise, it was really good! I've made this more than once & that indicates it's a keeper!

Oh my goodness! I loved it. I have a two year old and five year old who are the pickiest eaters in the world, and they both had seconds! I wouldn't change the recipe, except I may add some fresh mushrooms next time! Kudos.

Delicious! Though I made a few changes... I sliced the onions and green pepper instead of chopping, to keep everything fairly uniform; I also added about 1/2 cup of sliced brussels sprouts, and 1 tsp. crushed garlic. We skipped the O.J. (didn't have any!) and served it with dark rye bread and dill pickles. YUM!!!

This dish has great flavor! I used lemon juice instead of orange juice, and used green onion for the onion because it was what I had on hand. I was looking for something different to do with brats and this is definitely a recipe I will use again.

I was a little iffy on the combination of brats and asiany sauce, but it turned out like a dream. We used half oil and half dripping from the brats. This is definitely getting added to our summer menu.

This is a nice hearty meal. I made alot of substitutions in mine and it turned out so yummy! I used olive oil, and substituted teryaki sauce for soy, lemon juice for orange, all season for basil and threw in a 1/2 tbsp of honey. YUM YUM!!
