Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Gouda cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons brandy

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Combine the Gouda, sour cream, cream cheese and brandy in a 1 quart casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
