I love balsamic vinegar but didnt want it overpowering so as others suggested i cut the vinegar just a bit and added some chicken stock to it,, this was really really good,,, i did also dredge the chicken in flour since i like the way it will thicken the sauce a bit otherwise did the recipe exact and it was really really great, definitely would make this again,, simple,, one pan,, easy clean up too,, to go overboard with the balsamic i paired it with balsamic braised red cabbage,, great meal !!
