OMG this was sooooooooooooooooo good. I made mine a little different, but it came out excellent! For the most part, I made the dish as stated, however, I used chicken thighs instead, and browned them on the stove with the onions and transfered everything into a baking dish. Since I had never cooked with balsamic vinegar, at the very last minute, I threw in about a half cup of chicken stock, then changed my mind, and added more balsamic vinegar!(I have a picky 6 y.o.) Unlike the recipe, I baked it for about an hour or until it was cooked and reduced. Absolutely delicious!!! Thanks again for the recipe!
