This was sooo yummy! I also reduced the amount of balsamic and replaced with chicken broth, perfection! This would be awesome with beef too! Thanks

Yum! Tasty, simple and fast! Plus I had everything on hand! This is going to become a staple. We served it over plain, whole-wheat couscous.

I changed the recipe slightly by using chicken wings and baking without using the diced tomatoes. Otherwise, I used all of the same ingredients and it was fantastic. I did decrease the amount of balsamic vinegar but wished I hadn't.

Quick and easy. I used less oil, and I used the canned diced tomatoes that come with italian seasonings, but still added my own (3/4 tsp instead of 1 tsp). Very satisfying meal, and very very easy to pull together.

Very quick and easy - and healthy to boot! Only had cheap balsamic on hand, so I halved it and added a pinch of sugar, but I think it would've been best with the whole amount. Subbed garlic for the onion and tomato sauce for the diced tomatoes due to personal preference. Flavor was good - I was afraid the spices would be overpowering, but this was not the case - and chicken was juicy. I highly recommend pulverising the rosemary with either a spice grinder or a mortar and pestle for better texture. Served this with whole wheat penne and roasted asparagus, Delicious!

Really good. Be sure you like Balsamic vinegar first though, because the taste can be very strong.

This was really good, and something different. I cubed the chicken, used 2 cans of tomatoes and about 1 cup of balsamic plus fresh garlic. We like alot of sauce, and it was tasty. Served it over whole wheat angel hair, yum!

very good recipe, although i traded the can of tomatoes for freshly cut tomatoes on the vine, it turned out very well.
