Easy and awesome! Used canned tomatoes with balsamic and basil already in them. Everyone at the dinner party cleaned their plates! I served this over brown rice to soak up the juice. Yummy!

This was the absolute best chicken dish I've ever gotten from this site! My husband made it so you know it was easy and he followed the recipe almost to a tee. (I had to supervise.) By adding a bit extra olive oil, there was plenty of sauce to pour over hot pasta. Excellent!

Very, very good! I recommend adding 1 1/2 onions verses 1 onion.

I thought this recipe was SO good. I think cooking it in the juices over an open flame helped keep it moist. I didn't have balsamic vinegar so I used the balsamic vinegarette salad dressing, it was so tasty!

This was a quick easy recipe for my family. I normally have all the ingredients on hand, so this will start going into the rotation. Thanks for the recipe!

This is hands down one of our favorite recipes! My husband thinks it is as good as any chicken dish you would find in a fine restaurant, and he eats at a lot of great restaurants while traveling. We always have the ingredients on hand, and it is a very quick dish to prepare. I use whatever canned tomatoes I have and an italian seasoning blend instead of all the individual ones. I serve over mashed potatoes (instant because I need shortcuts!), they soak up all the wonderful sauce. Serve with your favorite vegetable and a glass of red wine, and you will feel like you are in your favorite restaurant!

Wow! This was awesome, I was looking for a simple chicken dish to try and this was just the thing. My husband loved it, I am definately going to add this to my regular routine. I made it as is, except added a little minced garlic to taste.

I like to make this recipe but one thing I do is I boil some noodles (usually spaghetti) and serve the chicken over the noodles - the balsamic mixture makes a really good sauce!

This was a phenomenal recipe, and so simple! I didn't have any garlic salt, so I chopped up 3 cloves of garlic and browned them with the onions and chicken.

This was really good. My husband liked it and said it tasted "gourmet". Seemed like there was just something missing. Maybe I'll put fresh garlic in next time.

This was really good! I followed the recipe exactly. The balsamic taste was good but a little strong. I may try it with 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar and 1/4 chicken broth next time.

My bf gave it 3 out 5 which I guess coming from him isn't bad because he is super picky! I was trying to find different ways to make chicken and I was happy with the results. I think next time I will cut down a little on the balsamic but I will make this again

Awesome recipe! This is the best chicken recipe I have tried to date. I made a few minor changes: I added a sprinkle of Splenda brown sugar blend when sauteing the onions. The only tomatoes I had in the house was fire roasted diced tomatoes with garlic (I used 1/2 of the can) I also used 1/4 cup balsamic vinager and 1/4 cup chicken broth. I will use this recipe again!
