This had a great flavor; the whole family enjoyed it. We added about 1/2 lb. of sliced fresh mushrooms to round it out, and they soaked up the sauce really nicely. Quick, easy, healthful and tasty... a winner all the way around. Thanks!

I like that this can be prepared very quickly. I served it over rice and it was good, but it didn't "wow" me.

Delicious recipe! I took advice of some others and cut vinegar in half- but after eating it I decided it would of been better with a little more. You could smell it, but not really taste it. It was still really, really good. I will be making this again. It was so easy too!

My SO actually liked this dish. He picks out a lot of the tomatoes and onions, but he does 'eat what sticks to the chicken'! I serve it with garlic mashed potatoes and a vegetable. I also cut the vinegar in half, as it is too strong for us. I really like this recipe, though. I have made it several times. I like to cut up the chicken into bite sized pieces. It looks very rustic this way.

I'm not a huge fan of balsamic vinegar but you hardly notice it in this dish.

This was a very tasty recipe. I used chicken thighs instead of breast, but that was because it's what I had on hand. Instead of garlic salt, I sauteed minced garlic with the onion. I also cut the balsamic vinegar with chicken broth, but I think it would be good either way.

this was only ok. It was vinegary... almost had a BBQ-like quality. I did not measure the spices, but I don't think that would have affected the overall outcome that much. I would not recommend this.

Wonderful recipe! Next time I will use more chicken as the recipe creates quite a bit of juice. The chicken was very tender and my husband raved about the meal! Said it was one of his favorite chicken dishes.

Very good flavor and the chicken was very moist. It tasted best by putting the tomatoes and onion over the chicken.

we both enjoyed this recipe. i didn't think the vinegar taste was too strong probably b/c i didn't use too much of the sauce when serving this dish. i served over angel hair with a little bit of olive oil and some steamed green beans. i also used boneless skinless thighs and added some fresh mushrooms right at the end of cooking. tasted great. thanks so much....

Quick and easy recipe. Followed it to a T and found that the balsamic vinegar is a bit strong. Will probably add a splash of chicken broth or water to dilute it next time.

Cut the chicken into bit sized pieces and served on thin spaghetti. It was very good, and the vinegar flavor was nice and not overpowering. definitely a keeper.

Pretty good meal. The wife did not like it a lot, but said it was "okay". I thought the flavor was good, but if you do not like balsamic vinegar STAY AWAY. It was very tangy. I served it with some balsamic veggies (potatoes, red peppers and carrots), and I placed the chicken over some white rice. I give it 4 stars.. but the wife probably would have given it 3. Definitely not for everyone.

This recipe was excellent and SOOOO easy to make. I was really impressed. I used 1/4 cup of vinegar and 1/4 cup of chicken stock though, thought it might be too vinegary. I also used different herbs that I had on hand and fresh garlic. You can use a variety of herbs for this recipe.

I enjoyed the meal. My wife and daughters didn't care for the vinegar taste though...even after I cut it in half with the chicken broth. The cook time took longer, could be the altitude, but everyone commented on how moist the meat was.
