Very tasty, if you're a fan of balsalmic vinegar (otherwise why would you make this?). I thought the chicken stayed nice and juicy, and the sauce was very flavorful.

This was a good recipe. I pretty much followed the recipe except for adding some mushrooms, and using fresh minced garlic instead of garlic salt. And I ended up cutting the chicken in smaller peices. I made some white rice and poured the whole thing on top. I only wish that it was more saucy. Next time I will add more Balsamic. Other than that it was really good!

OMG! Loved it. My husband and I are not tomato people, but we loved it. I did not use the rosmary because I couldn't find it, but the recipe was amazing. Nice taste. Tomatoes did not overwhelm the sauce.

This was fantastic. I used slightly less balsamic because I ran out so I replace it with a little red wine vinegar. Next time I will add some more onions. Terrific dish!

Fantastic! I cut down on the oil used, and it makes a great healthy meal. I served mine with steamed red potatoes, and it went over great with my picky-eater family.

I made this last night at the last minute after arriving home with no plan for dinner. It was super easy, tasted wonderful and is healthy. What more can you ask for in a recipe. I made it exactly as directed, except I used the diced tomatoes already seasoned with basil, oregano and garlic, because that's all I had in the pantry. I still added the spices as the recipe says and it definitely was not too much. It was delicious and will be made many times again in my house. It is also very pretty and could easily be served to company.

This is the only way my 10 year old will eat chicken breast. I blended advice from several reviewers to make this more kid friendly. I cut the chicken into chunks to make it easier to eat and allow people more flexible serving sizes. I cut out the recommended spices and used Italian tomatoes and 3 cloves of crushed garlic. I used only 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar and added 1/4 cup chicken broth. I also covered the pan for half the cooking time to assure all of the chicken was cooked. I served this over brown rice for some and pasta for others along with roasted asparagus and salad. This was a super easy week day meal that I will definitely serve again. Thanks for a great recipe!

I followed some of the other reviewers and put in less balsamic- about 1/2 as much. I also cut the chicken into 1" cubes before I put it in with the onions. I served it over rice. I would make it again- very easy, not wow but everyone liked it.

Very easy. My husband rated this as my best chicken ever. Even my toddler ate it all. Served over egg noodles. I used real garlic but every thing else the same.

Very easy, very delicious! Definitely use real garlic though; no powder. It definitely seems like a recipe that's easy to add or subtract to in order to suit differing tastes.

This was so easy and so good. The onions and chicken soak up all the yummy balsamic vinegar flavor. Will definitely make again. Would make for an easy week-night dinner.

This was a great recipe! My husband and I loved it, but of course, I made some changes. Instead of garlic salt, I used 3 cloves of fresh garlic, and added a pinch of salt to the chicken. I also used red onions which gives it a slightly sweeter taste (to combat the tang of the vinegar). I also didn't add the tomatoes (I used 3 fresh plum tomatoes) til the end in order to keep them somewhat firm. Served it over garlic mashed potatoes and it was a hit! Thanks for the great recipe!

This was awesome! I did cut back on the herbs a little. We're already thinking of different variations of this dish, like doubling the sauce and serving over fettucini. Will definately be making this again. Thanks for the recipe!

I liked this more than my hubby, he just doesn't like cooked tomatoes and onions much, but he really like the chicken flavor as did I. I cubed the chicken and served it over brown rice. Next time I would add a clove or two of minced garlic in lieu of the garlic salt. I think it was the rosemary that made the dish. I left out the thyme as I didn't have any. I really appreciate dishes like this that are low in fat, but you don't miss the fat.

After I made this my dad could not stop talking about it he loved it so much! I did change the recipe a little though, I only used 3 really big chicken breasts and I cubed them so it would be easier to eat. I kept all the other measurements the same except I only used 1/4 cup of balsamic and that was perfect. I also added some mushrooms because my mom and I love them. I put it over white rice and it was really good, I am definetly going to make it again.

Made this the other night for my family. I will admit to some mild trepidation about using all that vinegar (especially after reading prior reviews), but I needn’t have worried. I followed the recipe exactly, and everyone loved it. My husband was still talking about it the next day! The chicken was tender, and the sauce was beautiful and delicious. I served it with parmesan couscous (Near East brand), and it was the perfect accompaniment, giving the dish a sort of Middle Eastern flavor. The only modification I made was using all fresh herbs. Will definitely make again.
