Tried this recipe last night, was really excited about it because of all the great reviews. Far, far too acidic - I even went so far as to remove the chicken to not overcook it and further reduce the sauce to bring out the sweetness in the balasmic a little more.
I love balasmic and make reductions and dressings with it all the time, but this was so far off the mark I can't recommend the recipe to anyone.
