I made for my brother and so. Both enjoyed it, but neither has asked me to make it again. I did switch to fat free 1/2 & 1/2. 41g of fat per serving is a little to much.

This has become a staple at our house. I like to cook the sausage mixture in larger batches and freeze smaller portions of it so that the dish comes together quickly on busy weeknights. The red pepper flakes really give it great flavor. It's a hearty, yummy dish.

I have made this a number of times over the past couple of years. My husband and i absolutely love it!!! I did make one small change and use plain milk instead of cream. I made with cream the first time and it was a little to rich for me....but was really yummy! Using milk doesn't make it as thick but it's still really really good! I have found that Perri Italian Sweet Sausages are the best. Thanks for a great recipe!

WOW. Only change I made was to add a little chopped fresh tarragon (add a bit more sweetness), and we couldn't get enough of it. Definitely a keeper! Thank you for the wonderful recipe!

Followed the directions exactly and was very excited to taste this based on the stellar reviews. To me, it tasted like Hamburger Helper. Will not make again.

So good. My boyfriends mother first made this recipe for us and that's what brought me to allrecipes... fantastic, she makes it with charizo so its just a little spicy. Yum!

This was awesome! My family loved it. I am new to all recipes and hate when people rate a recipe only after changing things but this was great as is. Confession: I did take another reviewer's idea about the spinach (I added fresh) and I also added feta at the end only because I had it in the fridge and needed to use it up. It turned out great. Thanks for the recipe. I will be making this again.

I used mild Italian sausage, a bit of basil, and upped the cream to two cups, and shell shaped pasta. It was absolutely devine.

This was so easy and so good! My husband and I both loved it and I can't wait to have some leftovers for lunch today! The sauce does seem thin while it's cooking, but I thought it seemed fine after mixing it in with the pasta. Only changes I made were: used crushed red pepper instead of flakes, used 1 can diced tomatoes. Great recipe! Will definitely add to my rotation.

Absolutely Fantastic recipe and very simple to make!! I used 2 cans of diced tomatoes with garlic/orgeno and basil. My only issue with this dish is that the sauce is very thin - pasta does not soak it up!! Next time I will add some cheese to thicken a little, my husband had to grab a spoon for the sauce...but he would have drank it if I allowed him to do so at the table:-)) He loved it soo much he snuck down in the middle of the night to get a few bites! A keeper for sure! Thanks for sharing.

Delicious! Instead of tomatoes and parsley, I substituted with roasted bell peppers and basil. I also replaced half the heavy cream portion with 2% milk. My bf liked it so much he took it to work the next day! Thanks!

This pasta dish was great!! I followed recipe and it tasted delicous! I will definitely make it again. The only change I will make, even though my husband loved it that way, is no red pepper next time. I don't like spicy.

A little too high on the pasta side of the pasta to sauce ratio for my taste, but the sauce alone is quite good. I had enough for a second meal, so I packed it into a casserole and froze it. Thawed it, added a thin layer of sauce and a little fresh cheese and baked it, and it was even better.
