Bourbon Whipped Cream

About  scaling  and  conversions

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons premium bourbon

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, whip cream until soft mounds form. Gradually add sugar, whipping until cream forms stiff peaks. Gently fold in bourbon. Chill until ready to serve.

Pretty darn good. Probably best not to use it when kids are invited to eat LOL!!

Really good! But then, I love bourbon. And so do my friends and family. I used this to top baked pumpkin over the holidays. It was great! Thanks, Susan.
