jicama, peeled and cut in julienne style pieces

fresh raspberries, or dried cranberries

This is a very healthy salad that really tastes great! The fruits, vegetables, and dressing blend together perfectly. I added spinach leaves to make it even more healthy. It's a great salad to serve to guests because it is so attractive. This is a keeper in our family!
