Im from east coast Canada,where the best lobster come from. Your recipe wouldnt hold water here. Lobsters are cooked in sea water not frest water with salt added and as for the other ingredients. we lobstermen dont use them

Interesting additions... Do all those ingredients really change the flavor of one of the best tasting foods in the world? We'll try it... Cooking lobster tonight. FYI, boiling small, Maine lobsters ("chickens") takes way less time. Put'm in boilin' water --- bring pot back to full boil for 5 minutes. Then kill the burner but keep the chickens in the water for another 5 -- sweet and juicy.

Boiled a whole lot of crab but first time for lobster taste was great but I think the cook time is a little long ours came to the plate a little chuy Thanks for the recipe
