Substituted non-fat plain yogurt for half the mayonnaise and it was still quite tasty.

Just leave out the lemon juice. The lemon juice ruins it. Otherwise, it is great.

Doesn't really need all that mayo, and light mayo works too. Lower the calories without sacrificing taste.

Very tasty! My husband who is not a salad kind of guy really enjoyed this. My two and four year old little girls even ate this up. I stuck to the recipe with the exception of substituting half of the mayo with plain yogurt. I will definitly make this again.

This salad is really great. MMMM! The only thing I would do differently is cook the broccoli just slightly, so it is a bit soft, but still crunchy. It was so good my boyfriend ate most of it. He would search out the containers of it in my fridge. But what I did eat of it was really good.

This was good. I would definitely add sunflower seeds for more flavor. It is pretty tangy. I added cheddar cheese.

We loved this broccoli salad after some modifications. The pepper was excessive and overpowering, I would suggest 1/2 to 1 tsp. Also, I found that 1/4 c. of wine vinegar was a bit strong. I used between 1/8 and 1/4 c. This is also nice with about 1/8 c. of sunflower seeds added. My family requests I make this at every family function!

I did half broccoli and half cauliflower and it was really good. All of the adults really enjoyed it but the kids (4 and 2) thought it was too spicy and wouldn't eat it. I will definetely make this again.

I used 3 small heads of broccoli.I mixed two batches of the dressing for trial and error reasons. The first batch was mixed as instructed using apple cider vinegar instead of red wine vinegar and is was horriable to my dismay.Way to much vinegar and with the lemon it was way too much bitter. The second dressing batch was perfect.I used 1 cup mayo(I mixed miracle whip light and an organic soy mayo together),2 tablespoons of white vinegar,NO lemon and 2 table spoons of sugar.I used only a dash of salt and pepper and a dash of onion powder since I dont like whole onions.I also shredded a little bit of carrots and mozz cheese for some kick.

My family LOVED this recipe! I did make some alterations though. I used Splenda instead of sugar, and 1/2 cup mayo instead of 2/3, and 1/8 cup red wine vinegar instead of 1/4.

WAY too sour with the Vinegar. If you substitute the orange juice for the vinegar, and use craisins instead of raisins.. this is terrific
