Great lasagna. Not dry at all. I did it in a 8x8 pan because we didn't need a 9x13 dish of Lasagna.

This was a pretty good basic recipe, except my family and I found the meat seasonings to be too salty. Next time I would probably cut those back or skip them altogether.

Great recipe. I tweaked it to my family's liking, but not by much. Just used more cheese and added a little oregano to the meat when cooking. Got raves from my husband!

Good recipe. I tweaked it quite a bit though. Added 1 lb. of bulk italian sausage, another jar of spaghetti sauce, parsley, parmesan, and an egg to the cottage cheese mixture and some extra italian seasonings to the jarred sauce. Started with the meat mixture so nothing would stick to the pan, and added a whole heckuva lot more mozzarella and parmesan to the top. It's a good base recipe for lasagna beginners though.

I do modify this, but it is a fabulous base recipe! (I use more meat, more cheese, more sauce, etc!)

I opted out of the ground beef and substituted a can of black olives and a can of mushrooms that I minced. I added a little extra sauce as per other recommendations. My problem was that I did not have very much cottage cheese or mozzarella for each of the layers. I backed for a 1/2 hour covered and 1/2 hour uncovered. I thought it was very good and my fiance liked it too. It was good and not too difficult to make but it didn't really "wow" me either.

I really impressed the hubby with this one. I used ricotta instead of cottage cheesse and I added a package of chopped spinach (defrosted and drained). I also added 1 tbs of italian seasoning to the sauce and about 1/4 cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese.

This lasagna is very simple to make. I did make a few changes. I added 1 lb of sausage and browned the meat onion and sauce mixture for about an hour. I switched ricotta for the cottege cheese just because I don't like how cottage cheese looks. I know that is silly but I doubt it makes a difference.

Yum! The family and even my picky boyfriend loved this. I did make a few alterations. I used only 1/2 tsp salt (to reduce sodium), put 1/2 tsp ground oregano and 1 1/2 tsp italian seasoning in the meat/sauce mix. I used Prego meat sauce but added a small can of tomato sauce. I used half ricotta and half cottage cheese and added an egg to this mix. I soaked my noodles for 30 min as recommended and they turned out perfect! I baked it for an hour, 45 min covered and 15 uncovered. Next time I will try adding spinach! Thanks to all for the great tips!

This is so easy. I make it in the morning, cover w/ foil and when we are ready, bake for 1 hour. I add extra chopped tomatoes and cottage cheese. This is a keeper. Thanks Bob. Lekker!!

I love this recipe. It's very basic and very yummy. I have had several requests for the recipe. I did follow another's suggestion of using 1/2 cottage cheese and 1/2 ricotta cheese. I used prego's meat sauce and it turned out delicious!

This is an excellent recipe for a quick lasagna. It has taste and is fairly easy. I give it four stars because the recipe will not impress, but keep in mind that if you feel like eating lasagna during the week after coming home from work, this recipe will be more than satisfying in taste and time.

I made this recipe for my neighbor after she got home with a new baby. Their whole family was raving about how delicious it was! So now I'm making it for my twin sister's family with their new baby! One different thing I used was 1/2 italian sausage and 1/2 regular ground beef!
