Was a crowd pleaser. I added a little sausage with the beef. Was just a little to runny.

After reading the reviews, I added an egg and a dash of nutmeg to the cottage cheese. I also added shredded Parmesan and cheddar cheese to the cottage cheese mixture. I followed the rest of the recipe and then to top it off I sprinkled cheddar and mozzarella on the top of the lasagna.

Thought this was great. Pretty standard recipe. I used ricotta instead of cottage cheese. Not a big fan of cottage cheese.

This was disappointing. Seemed like it was very bland ... not quite sure might have been missing. It was a lot faster than my normal sauce made from scratch, but sometimes slow is worth it!

Tasty...So quick and easy. I did mix the cheese with 2 eggs, doubled the sauce, added 1 tsp. oregano, and didn't grease the pan.I also did not precook the noodles, so I added 1/2 cup water. I also topped it with more mozzarella and some grated parmesan.

So easy! Works with large or small curd cottage cheese. Will not take the full hour to bake 45-50 mins will due. Simple and delicious.

Good recipe. I used the no-boil lasagna, added a bit of nutmeg to the cottage cheese, a little bit of spicy tomato sauce and substituted turkey for the beef (for someone who doesn't eat red meat - next time I'll make it when he's not around b/c I think the beef will give it more flavor). I followed the rest of the recipe exactly and everyone loved it, including me! It was dense and filling. I thought it would last me 3-4 days but in was gone in less than 2!

Made this and used Spaghetti Meat sauce in a jar, and ricotta cheese, 1 egg and a dash of nutmeg instead of the cottage cheese. Ok. Not the best, have made and had better... but it did make a lot and the tip from the other reviewer about soaking the noodles in hot water 20-30 minutes SURE was a keeper!! I'm doing that from now on, no more struggling with boiling hot noodles or too tough lasagna! Thanks to that reviewer! This recipe needs some tweaking somewhere...

This lasagna recipe is amazing! It was very delicious, restaurant quality. My husband loved it. I will never look for another lasagna recipe. This one is perfect! I did use a 16 oz jar of spaghetti sauce instead of a 32 oz jar (Prego's Garlic & Mushroom).

Really enjoyed this lasagna. My husband raved over it. It was even better the second day as leftovers. I served with an Italian bread and cabbage salad. A great meal!

I found this lasagna really yummy and satisfying. I have very high standards and cook almost everything from scratch, so this was a fun one to play with. Like the other reviewers, I used a ricotta/cottage chz combo with an egg, and I also layered in fresh lightly sauteed portobella mushrooms and spinach on top of the ground beef. I also found that an extra can of spaghetti sauce is needed. You can never make lasagna too juicy or saucy in my opinion. You could use a little extra of everything to make the layers really full. I like to make an extra small dish to give to a family member and I like to grate fresh parmesean on it after it's served instead of baking the parm. Tonight I'm going to mix in Italian sausage w/ the beef. Great recipe!

Very easy and very good. A simple lasagna to make for the family. You can use this recipe as a base and add lots to it to make it more interesting too. But it's good as is also.

Have made this a few times with some slight variation. I mix the cheeses together with an egg and a couple dashes of nutmeg. Also, used part ground beef and part sweet italian sausage. Tastes even better the next day. Made an extra one for the freezer - we all have those days when we'd rather not cook!! Enjoy.
