It's baking now, but I am scared.......i mixed up the sprinkle for the mini loaf pans I read in one review( cinnamon, sugar, brown sugar, nutmeg) but mistakenly used 1 tsp of all....but it says only 1/4 tsp nutmeg. I am so hoping that does not ruin the whole thing. I am giving it 5 stars...because I cam't imagine this being bad when made correctly.

This was great bread but I made it with cherries instead of blueberries. Used half applesauce, half oil & whole wheat flower instead of white. Also cut down on the sugar by 1/4 of cup & used half brown sugar. Lots of changes healthy changes but it was great!

Excellent! I followed reviewers' recommendations and used half white flour/half whole wheat flour as well as half brown sugar/half white sugar. I also made a crumb topping. In the future, I will use less sugar as the cake gets quite sweet with the topping. I made one large loaf and baked it for 45 min at 350 degrees in a convection oven.

I cut the sugar down to 1 1/2 cups and mixed brown and white sugar together. Didn't have enough blueberries so I add chopped fresh peaches. I also added walnuts. Good, basic receipe for all that extra zucchini around this time of year.

My husband says this is the best thing I've ever made for him, and I make a mean chocolate cake. I did less sugar, 1/2 applesauce and oil, and crumb topping like some others. 325 convection for 55 minutes for two large loaves.

Easy and very tasty! I added extra cinnamon, less sugar and some nutmeg. I got a full loaf and about 9 muffins, delicious. I live at higher elevation so the cooking time was a little bit longer than listed here. I also subbed applesauce for half the oil and can taste no difference, what a great recipe!

This is delicious. I added a 1/4 teas. of cardamon because...well I like cardamon with blueberries. Even my son who doesn't like blueberries ate it and love it.

OMG OMG OMG!!!!! There is a reason this is a 5 star recipe!!!!!! I used half oil and half applesauce only because I ran out of oil and was determined to make these at that very moment. Will be making double batches from now on and will be making these OFTEN!

Delicious! Just came out of the oven and my family cannot stop eating it. I used 1 cup white sugar and 1 cup brown sugar because I ran out of the white.

This bread is sooo good! I just took out of oven. While still warm I cut it! Oh My God! Wonderful and different way to use up an abundance of zucchini. Adding good for you blueberries makes it all the better!

This recipe has received top ratings from everyone to whom I've given some: family members, friends, neighbors. The bread is really moist and the blueberry flavor isn't overpowered by any other tastes. The recipe also responds well to substitutions, like whole wheat flour for white and applesauce for part of the oil. I've also cut the sugar back to a cup and a half without anyone even noticing, including my picky 3-yr-old! Thanks for sharing - now I have something new to do with the zucchini my garden seems to be producing on an hourly basis!

Very yummy and moist - even better the next day. I followed the recipe exactly except I subbed applesauce for 1/2 the oil and used 1 c br sugar with 1 c white sugar. Also added sugar on top just before baking for a crispy top and it is delicious!

I will use this recipe over & over again. It is so good and moist. I used my first zucchini from the garden, and halved all the ingredients, except eggs (I used two), and made one large loaf. I had to bake it 10-15 min. longer than the smaller loaves called for, but it came out perfect! Thanks for a great recipe!

This was great! I had a GIANT zucchini, so I doubled the recipe and made four regular size bread loaves (and still had enough to make a week of zucchini baby food!!). They did take significantly longer to cook full-size, which threw me at first. Yummy and looks so pretty! Thanks for the recipe!
