I've made a lot of coffee cakes, but this is the best one I've ever had. Unbelievably moist, absolutely delicious. I didn't alter the recipe at all, I don't know why anyone would except I can't wait for huckleberry season to try it with those.

I would give this cake 10 stars if I could. Seriously delicious. Took others suggestions and used 1 cup sugar, 3/4 cup butter and added more blueberries. Disappeared quickly at work. Just a suggestions with the blueberries. Put them in a zip lock baggy with some flour and shake them so they don't sink in the cake. Will definitely make again!!

Make sure to leave a good amount of the pecan brown sugar mix for the top of cake. It gets crispy and makes this cake even more delicious. The recipe worked well for mini bundt cakes.

i made the cake per the directions except i left out the nuts and added more blueberries. i greased the cake pan and then dusted it with cinnamon and white sugar to help keep it from sticking. the cake was very good; it was rich and moist. my husband really liked it. i think the next time i will add some lemon zest and leave out the cinnamon and brown sugar in the middle, it was a nice addition but didn't seem like the cake really needed it.

Delicious! I also added extra blueberries because I just love them so much. You do need to add extra time if you use frozen blueberries. Very dense cake. Sometimes I add an extra 1/2 tsp of baking powder to make it a bit fluffier.

Exactly as described! Very very yummy and a bit on the unhealthy side. Tried our first one on the family, they wondered what we were celebrating. Bought a second one to a new Mom who needed a meal... She said she loved serving to visitors. Will use again and again.
