Absolutely loved it. I made this for a desert...served warm over top mini angel food cakes. Everyone raved about it, thanks!

This sauce had a great taste. I gave it only 4 stars though, because I thought it was more like a syrup - not a sauce.

Sauce tasted great but I can't well bear the smell of almond extract. Next time I will either substitute vanilla or omit all together. Otherwise excellent sauce, very thick and went well with belgian waffles.

Easy to make and can be modified to fit your taste. I added pineapple juice instead of orange juice and it still tasted great.

Love this sauce! It was quick, easy with all on hand ingredients, but with a slightly more adult flavor that I do believe kids will like too. I will keep this recipe handy for next years fresh picked blueberries!

I made this sauce to put on Berry Triffle that I found on this site. I was a little dissapointed. I made the sauce 2 days ahead of time to prevent the orange taste that everyone in previous reviews mentioned. I have to say 2 days did not help, it was still overwhelming. I gave it 3 stars because it was so easy to make. I would suggest not using so much orange juice.

This has become a staple at my house. We make it almost every weekend to put over waffles or pancakes. I do use frozen blueberries when I can't get fresh. Do not freeze this recipe, it will thaw with a funky texture!

I have never left a review, & I've been taking recipes from this site forever. But this- by far- deserves to be put in a book. The only thing I cut back on was the almond extract- by half. A great topper for my Eggo waffles! From now on, this wonderful blueberry syrup will take place of my maple. YUMMY!

AMAZING! I used it as a topping on a cheesecake (my first ever, and the topping covered up my obvious cracks in the cake). Many of the other users scared me by stating that the orange juice was too much. I halfed the orange juice and water, no almond extract, no cinnamon. Very blueberry and a perfect topping for a blueberry cheesecake. I loved my modification and will use it the same way again.

Outstanding sauce for pancakes or french toast. Very smooth, very easy, very impressive! Lots of raves! My son actually ate the leftovers for dessert after dinner! Wonderful...a keeper!

This is an EXCELLENT sauce. I made it just like the recipe said and it was perfect. I don't even like blueberries that well but this was wonderful! We put it on cheesecake and it was excellent!

This is my favorite blueberry sauce. Perfect on pancakes, mixed in yogurt and just by itself ;) I use a little less corn starch than called for, about 2 tbsp because I like the sauce to be slightly runny. I LOVE the almond extract, a strange ingredient but adds such a wonderful dimension!

This was so easy to make. I did take the suugestion of only using 1/2 almond extract (especially since I only had imitation extract on hand). Plan to serve over the Chantel Cheese Cake for Easter dinner. (which by the way turned out great - no cracks, followed some of the other review suggestions).
