Excellent balance of flavors. A beautiful salad that just feels and tastes sunny and bright. I will add some toasted pecans when I make this next time and there will be a next time. I also want to try this using Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar. Can't wait!

I loved this salad. I have never used the blue cheese, but I have made it with or without feta, and I've also substituted mango for the orange. Yummy!

Served this for a mother's day lunch. Everyone from grandoma, mom, dad, little sister and husband loved this salad. It was so fresh and perfect for a spring salad, I will definently be making this salad all through the spring and summer!

My family and friends L-O-V-E this salad. I make a Montreal seasoned tri-tip wth it and the spiceness of the tri-tip and the fresh fruity ness of the salad are a great compliment. Another veriation is to substitute large curd cottage cheese for the Bleu Cheese or Feta. Enjoy!!

This salad is awesome! I served this for a very special dinner and everyone loved it. I used mandarin oranges instead of the navel oranges because that what I had in the kitchen. I will definitely make it again.
