Love the spices. I only made 1/2 a batch, and the measurements were perfect. This was a perfect filling for our morning crepes.

Wonderful as written! I used it on french toast and the spices echoed the cinamon in the french toast. I used it on top of frozen yogurt later. Yummy.

Very good over this pound cake, which was a bit dry without it. I cut back on the amount of cinnamon and nutmeg. Still seemed a bit strong of spice by itself, but complimented the cake as a topping, and the spices blended well, on the whole. I'm sure I'll make this again.

A simple yet tasty sauce for my angel food cake. I added a tsp of lemon juice to balance the sweetness. Yummy!

I would consider reducing the sugar and water but only because I was using this to replace whole berry cranberry sauce in a coffee cake recipe. The fruits and a little syrup went into the cake and I reserved the syrup and used later on french toast. Both were fantastic--thank you for sharing.

This was great. I didn't have just blueberries on hand, only mixed frozen berries. But this was great. I used it on my pancakes, but it would be awesome on cheesecake or something like that.
