So I ABSOLUTELY love cornmeal anything! & when you make it into a sweet pudding its just wondeful! I however mixed a little maple syrup into it & topped it with a sour cream maple whipped cream. I also tried it with the blueberries, but I'm a huge fan of maple syrup too! :-)

This was indeed very tasty. I used splenda instead of the sugar to make it a bit more diabetic friendly. Also you might need to stir it more frequently as I found that it stuck to the bowl after 4 min. It's also very good with strawberries, and raspberries done the same way.
