1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup cold butter, cubed
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Filling:
4 apples - peeled, cored, and sliced
5 cups fresh blueberries
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
1 lemon, juiced and zested
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
This was one of the BEST Crisp Recipes i have found. 35 minutes and it was cooked perfectly. Fruit was tender and NOT overcooked, very good will make again!!
