This is a wonderful toasting bread. It is a heavy bread but if that is what you are wanting it is great!!!

This recipe is great! I've made it three times and my family loves it. Sometimes, I make cinnamon swirl bread by speading butter, cinnamon, and sugar on it then rolling it up.

This is the first bread I tried to make and it turned out very well. Very creamy, just like the recipe says. But, it occurred to me that it never mentions when to add the sugar listed in the ingredients list. But, the absence didn't seem to make much of a difference.

In one word: FANTASTIC!! My family and I just loved this bread and ate it right up - I will defiantly make it again! It was moist and very tender with a lovely hint of sweetness from the honey. The only problem that I had with the recipe itself was that it really should call for about six cups of flour instead of five - other than that - it was a breeze to mix and knead (I used the dough hooks on my mixmaster). Well worth the effort!:-)
