Cream cheese is the base for a tangy blue cheese spread blended with fresh chopped chives and parsley, and the crunch of walnuts. Make it fast, spread on crackers, and enjoy!

Blue cheese, Port and walnuts are pureed in a food processor before being transferred into an attractive serving dish (or crock). Serve with crackers or baguette slices. Refrigerated, this will keep for three weeks.

An easy to make great tasting combination of blue cheese and green olives. Once you start eating this you won't stop! I like to spread it on thin wheat crackers.

This delicious spread is a hit with everyone. Even people, like me, who don’t care for green olives absolutely love it.

Zippy Cranberry Cheddar Spread

This zesty spread is a holiday hit! It's easy to make and tastes even better the day after you make it. Serve with crackers or slices of baguette. This spread is zippy, so if you don't like spice, reduce cayenne and dry mustard by half.
