Excellent and elegant salad, full of flavor and made even better with cooked, crumbled bacon. I didn't use the seasoned salt in the dressing, just drizzled the salad with the the 3:1 ratio of olive oil to vinegar I prefer and sprinkled the dill weed to taste. The combination of dill with blue cheese was interesting and different, tho' I would have enjoyed this equally as well had I omitted the dill. The addition of bacon was necessary for me here and fresh, garlic croutons made all the difference.

Salad was a hit at outdoor barbeque. Great homemade salad dressing that complimented the blue cheese perfectly. A very unexpected and exciting combination of flavors. Did not add hard boiled eggs - but can see this adding to the salad the next time I make it. This is going to be a staple in our household now!

Excellent salad and dressing! I made this last night for 6 (along with a wonderful, crusty and moist country French bread) to take to our friends' house. The salad served 6 perfectly, and the only two things I added were some baby spinach and 1/4 cup Almond Accents. Perfect accompaniment with M. Toussaint's "Salmon with Tomatoes" that my friend made. We all loved it and will definitely make it again!

I liked it better without the dill (it's just not my flavor...) and put the egg on the side for those watching their cholesterol. Added some walnuts and craisins.

I did not use the dressing that was included in the recipe... instead used Light Done Right Italian. But the combination of ingredients was unusual and a nice change of pace. We enjoyed it with a steak. Blue cheese and filet are always a great combo!
