I am confused about this one, on paper it sounds fantastic, but when I tried to make it, there isn't enough liquid to even blend into a sauce, even the sauce that I did get, was not as good as I expected, tasted too much like the vinegar and not enough like the blue cheese as I hoped. I may try it again, just to be sure I didn't make a mistake.

I'd really like to give this 3.5 stars. I love all the ingredients but they just didn't work together, in my opinion. The sauce was stellar on top of baked potatoes, though it seemed too heavy for the beans. Thanks for something new to try.

Awesome recipe! I'm not a big fan of green beans, but I could eat them weekly if they are fixed this way. I love bleu cheese dressing and this sauce is wonderful drizzled on the beans. My husband and son liked the beans, just not as much as me because they thought the sauce was a little strong. Thanks Martina was a super recipe!

This is amazing. I was a little skeptical after I blended the cheese because it seemed like so much of it was still in the blender, but there was plenty. My husband who totally hates blue cheese LOVED these beans. Thanks Martina.

I used up all my bacon in another dish (drat) so I added red onions.. delicious. The blue cheese sauce with the tang of vinegar - really good

Blue cheese + green beans = tasty. Multiply by bacon to the power of Parmesan and it's downright delightful. Doubled or even tripled, the creamy vinaigrette would also be satisfying drizzled over baby romaine ... plus bacon, of course.
