I had very high expectations for this recipe but, as written, it did not work for me. I reduced the amount of bleu cheese dressing to 12 rather than 16ozs, but it was still extremely runny when I pulled it out of the oven. I stirred in a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese and that thickened the dip well without diminishing the buffalo or bleu cheese flavors too much.
Unfortunately, I refrigerated overnight and attempted to reheat and serve the next day. The ingredients separated and I was left with a greasy mess.
I'm not giving up on the recipe, as it very obviously has delicious potential. I will definitely not try making this ahead next time and will incorporate the reviews of others on my next attempt.
