Very good moist burgers! I only used 2 pounds of hamburger with the 4 oz blue cheese, and think I would use more blue cheese next time. Threw in a couple cloves of garlic as well. I sauteed some onions and mushrooms as toppings. Will make again!

These are fantastic! One comment about grilling them - I had a bit of trouble with my gas bbq flaring up because of the blue cheese melting into the flames. Next time I will place some foil under the grate to catch the drippings. We were on top of it though and the end result was just great! Don't sub for the fresh chives. They add something special. Even the kids thought they were yummy!

These are the best burgers I've had. You'll never want another regular burger after trying these. I increased the spices a bit but other than that prepared as directed. Absolutely fabulous!

We made these for my hubby's birthday bash. It's a good way to add a little something extra to hamburgers. I don't think it's my answer to the boring burger, but it does add some variety.

Let me just say, I HATE blue cheese, but my husband loves it, so I decided to make these for him. Boy was I surprised when I tried them. Somehow it works really well. Even my 3yo ate a burger, and she is picky. The BC was not overpowering for me or for any of my children, which was a nice surprise. Blends nicely. Really good burgers. Thanks!!

Good burger. It was a big crumbly. it may have been my beef. i used extremely lean meat. But good recipe. I served on ciabatta rolls that were toasted with a bit of butter in the oven.

These burgers are delicious and I appreciated not having to melt cheese ontop since the cheesy goodness was already mixed in. The Blue cheese flavor does not overwhelm them so even those who wouldn't choose Blue cheese on a salad found these burgers very tasty.

Not sure if anyone needs any more confirmation after all the other rave reviews but for the record - these are FAB! I used half beef and half veal mince. I also forgot to get chives so used fine chopped red onion instead. I saw a few comments that the cheese melts and dribbles out but I microwaved the cheese really quickly until it was only just soft and then stirred it through the mince. This made the flavour go all the way through and stopped the cheese ending up all over the bbq plate.

We make blue cheese stuffed burgers all the time. We gave this a try and it wasn't as good as our own. We season the meat and then make 2 smaller burgers and put the cheese in the middle of one burger. Then place the other on top and press the sides. It gives it a much better blue cheese flavor.

GREAT! These were a big hit and we'll make them again and again! I didn't have time to sit for 2 hours, but they were juicy and tasty anyway. Can't wait to have them next time with extra time to marry the flavors. Thanks for sharing

This is the best burger I've ever had! Like others, I doubled the ingredients, added some garlic and served them on toasted whole wheat buns with red onion, lettuce, avocado & grilled portobello. We did not have the full 2 hours to let the mixture sit, but 1 hour was still sufficient. I can't wait to make these again!

Wow! I'm still licking my lips. I could have had another if I didn't care about my figure. Hubby said the same. I didn't put any additional cheese on top, as my family is used to. The 'cheese lover' in my family balked, but I assured her that it was inside. All three of the kids, ages 5, 7, & 9, ate every bite. They didn't know it was blue cheese. Not that you couldn't taste the blue cheese, they just don't have discerning palates yet, I guess. I added more of the spices and sauces as others have suggested. Avocado, Roma tomato, and red onion. PERFECT!
