Great recipe! My favorite for hamburgers on this website! My four year old loved them, he ate two! You have to use fresh chives, maybe green onions to substitute. We will experiment with toppings when making these again! Thanks for a great recipe!

Very good - a nice flavor that is a welcome change to the typical grilled burger faire. I used Feta cheese (was out of Blue cheese) and finely chopped yellow onion. I'll probably make this the basis for most of my burgers going forward, and let it evolve over time.

A long time ago i went to my best friends house and tried his moms blue chesse burger and i thought it was great, but that was many years ago. So one day I decided to look for a recipe to cook for my girlfriend. Guess what I found this one and the burger was awesome. I must say it was juicy.

Awesome! I made the recipe perfectly then added a blue cheese sauce consisting of butter, onions, garlic, crumbled bacon, remaining blue cheese crumbles and some blue cheese dressing. My boyfriend and I both agreed that this was the best burger EVER! Definitely a favorite, thanks!!

This is a superb recipe to use with ground turkey. The additions to the meat yield an incredibly moist, flavorful burger. I found a blue cheese that comes in a wax shell, has an ideal texture that crumbles nicely and distributes extremely well through the meat. Now we never make turkey burgers any other way. Terrific topped with avocado, too!

I DON'T eat burgers usually but this we had to try. Made with ground turkey- this was great. I followed someone's advice and melted the cheese for 30 seconds in the microwave, then mixed thoroughly into meat with other ingredients. Out of this world- thanks so much Poni. This is the only way I'll make burgers from now on.

My husband raved about these burgers. He was addicted to the Bleu Cheese Burgers from Costco and they have discontinued them. I thought I'd try to make them on my own. I scaled the recipe down to 6 servings and followed it exactly except for throwing some extra cheese in (can never have enough cheese). My husband cooked them on the grill and I feared the worst...cheese oozing, over cooked, HECK no! He loved them! He said "Do not modify this recipe!" when I started making suggestions found in the reviews. He ate three bunless burgers and I have three uncooked burgers left over, which he wants again for dinner tonight. I do not like blue cheese so I didn't taste them, going on what hubby said. I'll be making a big batch and freezing them for quick dinners. Thanks!
