Tjis has become a favorite at my house. I have made this several times and always come out as good as the last.

These were tasty. I put my blue cheese on top so that it wouldn't leak out during the cooking process. I also mixed turkey with the beef, but that was for personal preference only.

This was a good recipe my family loved it. I liked it but it wasn't my favorite but as long as my family liked it then it is worth it.

After reading reviews about the cheese melting all over the grill I decided to make 2 small flat burgers and put the blue cheese in the middle of the two. Next time I'll tell my son this as he took a bite and the blue cheese all came out. My husband, who does not like blue cheese loved his burger made by omitting the cheese. We had these burgers with bacon as well. I added the grease from the bacon to the meat as we only had ground sirloin - 7% fat).

Definitely needs more bleu cheese. Otherwise, yummy! Think next time I'll make a bleu cheese sauce to go with or just add more to the meat. I used a mixture of lean and 15% ground beef to get a little extra flavor.

For the blue cheese fans that tried these, they were a huge hit. If you're not a fan, pass on this one.

These burgers have one glaring problem: they disappear quickly... Don't make them if you have trouble sharing.

WOW! The flavor of these burgers is amazing! I'm not sure I'll ever be able to eat a plain burger again! I disagree w/others who said that these have a strong blue cheese flavor, it's just perfect-I may even add a little more next time! I also added some crumbled bacon into 1/2 of the burgers-delish!Just fantastic! Thank you!!

Uh-maze-ing! Very simple and quick to prepare, hardly any effort necessary at all. I recommend using more ground beef per serving, because if we had used just what the recipe called for, each burger would be pretty tiny. The family loved this quick and easy recipe.

My husband absolutely loved this burger! Make sure and use fresh ground pepper as it really adds flavor, and I also added 2 eggs to keep it congealed on the grill.....also goes great with tomatoes and buns that are fried w/butter!

I love this recipe and used it to make sliders for a 4th of July BBQ- they we're gone before we knew it! Doesn't need a lot of toppings because there is so much good flavor inside.

I had never had a blue cheese burger before, but now they're my favorite! I loved it. I only used the recipe for my beef patty: I will probably use more cheese next time. I served this with only BBQ sauce on top and it was perfect just like that! I will definitely make this again.

I've been making Blue Burgers for a few years now and in my opinion 4 oz. of Blue Cheese is not near enough for 3lbs of meat. I usually use 4oz. per pound and I use 80/20 beef for juicier burgers. Lastly I top then with "buffalo onions" (grilled vidalia onion slices coated in wing sauce.

WOW!!! These were the best burgers I have ever put in my mouth! I did follow the others advice and put the blue cheese in the middle of 2 thin patties, which I pressed together. The blue cheese stayed inside and off the grill. topped mine with some dijon mustard and it was wonderful!!!

These burgers are awesome! We made them for a family BBQ and everyone loved them. I made them another time with dried chives because I didn't have any fresh and it still came out great.
