Bacon, Asparagus, and Cheese Sandwiches

Submitted by: Kristin
When I was a kid my sister and I LOVED when my mom made these broiled asparagus, bacon, and cheese sandwiches. We would always argue about the order the ingredients should go on the toast. (Of course, I'm submitting this in the order I liked.) It was also a good way to get us to eat asparagus.

Even people that don't like blue cheese love this wonderful hot dip. It can be served with vegetables, but I find that people like it best with French bread.

Chicken breasts are stuffed with blue cheese, bacon and spinach in this dramatic yet easy main dish. This is a recipe I came up with while trying to use up some leftovers from another recipe. You can add more or less pepper depending on your taste. My family liked it hope you do to.
