The sweet chunky filling is made with beaten eggs, white and brown sugars, oats, vanilla, chopped nuts and raisins. Then it 's spooned into an unbaked pie shell and baked until set and golden. It 's wonderful with sweetened whipped cream or rum raisin ice cream.

This is a thick, creamy and wonderfully sweet custard pie filled with lots of coconut. It bakes up beautifully and is terrific served with unsweetened whipped cream with a dusting of nutmeg.

Nice alternative to Southern pecan pie; very rich and buttery. Even better with homemade whipped cream on the side!

This dandy pecan-less pie combines rolled oats and coconut in a sweet, sweet buttery filling. When it 's baked up, you 'd be hard pressed to tell it from the real McCoy. Serve it with whipped cream.
