'You couldn't ask for anything more than a nutty crust topped with a smooth cream cheese mixture and sweet cherries,' assures Kathy Branch of West Palm Beach, Florida. Since this dessert is made the night before, you don't have to worry about last-minute fuss.

This pie is heavy on flavor but light on calories. Light cherry pie filling and fat-free condensed milk are used to create this very creamy cheesecake crowned with cherries.

Three American favorites: cherries, cream cheese, and vanilla wafers! This is a great light dessert; whenever served, seconds have been requested. For variety, you could also use blueberry or lemon pie filling.

Cherry Pie like you've never had it before! Cherry pie filling wrapped in flour tortillas, soaked overnight in a sweet liquid, then baked. I used to work at a bed and breakfast, and we would make this sometimes for catered luncheons. I added my own touch with the almonds.

Pretty layers of graham cracker crumbs, creamy filling and fruit topping make this dessert a standout! For a nice change, you can substitute blueberry pie filling or another fruit flavor for the cherry filling called for in the recipe. -Melody Mellinger, Myerstown, Pennsylvania
